Great location -- but maybe not
The property condition exactly matched the photos. Kathleen & Fernando were wonderful hosts who provide great recommendations for dining and sight seeing. Restaurant recommendations were spot on for accuracy of food quality, service and convenience! This unit will be great for short stay but lacks storage for clothing and personal belongings which was a big shortcoming for our prolonged stay. The washer/dryer combo take much too long per cycle and clothing is damp when the process ends. Luckily, there's a laundromat less than two blocks away where we completed all our laundry in about an hour each week of our stay. The unit location is great for getting around town. However, there are popular bars/clubs in the immediate area that remain open until 3AM on weekends. Booming music and loud foot traffic by people who've been drinking make sleeping difficult, particularly on Friday & Saturday nights. For guests staying for only a few nights, and not on weekends, this unit should work very well. For longer stays it's not very practical. Again, we couldn't be happier with our hosts who were very responsive and helpful when we needed them.
