COZY ROOM IN THE HEART OF ALICANTE.
A wonderful, large 25m2, room with natural light. It has a king size bed, private 1 bathroom,1 balcony with a fantastic view of Santa Barbara.
The room is equipped with a TV, a work desk, a wardrobe, a coffee machine, a mini fridge,a kettle, heating.Independent room locking.
The room is located 2 min walk from the central market,5 min from Rambla and Old Town,theater, Plaza de Toros, Plaza de España, Mercadona,bars, restaurants,10 min from Beach and Explanada.
It is important to know that the building does NOT have an elevator and the room is located on the third floor.
The apartment is big enough, I live with my daughter, we use the other bathroom and the other 2 rooms. The kitchen can be used.

Primero el hospedaje fatal era un piso fantamas y segun la aplicación no lo sabía, segundo en las primeras llamadas cuando compeobaron que el anfitrión no contestaba quedaron en ayudarnos a buscar otro lugar y como todo eataba lleno no encontraeon la solucion fue que buscaramos nosotros y ya, tercero resulta que lo que encontramos como pagamos en efectivo porque era con lo unico que contamos ahora no nos daran la devolución y sin mas no dan ninguna ayuda despues de dejarnos titafas en la calle y ya por ultimo el piso sigue en la aplicación promoccionandocw lo cual me lleva a pensar que ustedes lo hacen todo por sacar elbdinero a la gente

We stayed four nights over Christmas. The apartment is in a side street, very secure, but be warned it is 3rd floor and no lift. It is just a few minutes from the central market (has to be seen), and very close to the bar/restaurant area - lots of choice and some very good restaurants. Also just a few minutes walk from the main shopping streets of the town, and 10 minutes to the Esplanade, marina and Postiguet beach, 15 minutes to the train or bus stations. 2 minutes to the nearest supermarket. The apartment is spacious, with three large bedrooms, and everything very clean, it was perfect for us. Nadia is charming and helpful, was there to meet us and arrived promptly when we were leaving. If you are looking for an apartment in Alicante, this gets our recommendation.
