Our only criticism is that after dropping an item that went under the bed we moved the bed to retrieve the item to find a lot of debris liked popped balloons and a few big balls of fluff. "We were greeted by a lovely friendly man on reception and were in our room quite quickly. The room was large and airy. It was clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture was a little tired and the whole room would benefit from a refresh. It is perfectly placed for an event at Wembley. The bus goes from just across the road and Greenford station is a 15 minute walk away. We were disappointed that the kitchen was closed when we arrived at 8.30 but we ordered takeaway and ate it in the bar."
