"If you’re searching for the ideal Old Florida beach house, where time slows down and life moves at a different pace, this is it. We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4 and our dog (didn’t use 3 of the bedrooms, the house was bigger than expected). I used to come to alligator point as a child and haven’t been back in years, wanted to show my kids and husband this peaceful area of the forgotten coast. The house was wonderful and reminded me of the cottage my family had as a child, wooden beams and walls, beautiful old Florida style you don’t see much anymore. I loved the sunken sitting area and of course the beautiful beach views and also a long dock on the bay side. The kids enjoyed the pickleball courts and fishing beach and bay. Robin the host was great. Hope to come back again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Spotted Grouper. The cottage is quiet and peaceful, and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico were beautiful. We enjoyed walking on the beach, collecting shells, and really appreciated how close to nature the area is — including an unexpected bear sighting!We stayed in December, which was a great time to visit: cool and chilly mornings and evenings, with sunny, comfortably warm days. I traveled from Annapolis with my mom, and the trip was especially meaningful because we were visiting my son, who stayed with us. The space was perfect for spending time together and cooking meals as a family.The hostess was great — gracious and accommodating to our needs. The cottage was clean and inviting. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely return when we’re in town visiting my son."

"We LOVED our stay at the Tiki House. The location is on our favorite part of Alligator Point (Mud Cove). Our son loves to cast the net for the Mullet and Shrimp that come into the Mud Cove area during this time of year. Loved the large kitchen bar that was perfect for our traditional Thanksgiving meal. The screened porch is so comfortable along with the wonderful views from the adjoining deck. We enjoyed everything about the Tiki House. Thank you, Russ and Tam, for another wonderful memory at Alligator Point!!"

"Our family had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone to be alone when they needed it, but absolutely plenty of space to come together. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils needed. The house is right on the water with convenient access. The front yard was perfect for our dog. The beach amenities were great. Contact with the host was quick and easy. We loved it and would love to come back. "

"Absolutely perfect! Amazing views! Our favorite vacation spot for sure. We usually stay on the other end of Alligator Point, we needed more space this year. I will say, if you are taking older folks, it is a lot of stairs. Other then that, perfect! "
