Casa Mirador is a newly renovated villa with fantastic see views. Private location in residential area. 305 m2 over 3 floors. Central airconditioning system with individual monitoring in each room. Powerful internet (fiberoptic) and wifi system covering all three floors. Top floor: one bedroom, bathroom and large roof terrace 40 meters above see level. Entrance floor: hallway with guest toilet, large living room with two sofa groups and dining table, 75 inch Smart TV with satellite and internet connections, Sonos sound system, kitchen with all modern machines including vine cabinet and espresso coffee machine, separate filtered clean water tap. Open plan kitchen/living room that leads out to the terrace and pool. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Glass roof covered patio with water fountain in Alhambra style. Master bedroom with wooden floor, two balconies and ensuite all marble bathroom. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Lower ground floor: Two bedrooms with see view, balcony, one marble bathroom. Professional gym 55 m2 with Technogym machines. Separate room with table tennis. Remote controlled electric gates to the garage. Large plot and garden. Stairs next to the house leads down to the beach Playa del Cotobro.

Fantastic family villa

Fantastic property with amazing views of the bay below. Lovely outdoor terrace area with good sized pool and BBQ. The interior is beautiful with very well equipped kitchen and living areas (our teenage son loved the gym and the home cinema set-up!). Cotobro beach is accessed via steep steps from the property and Almuñecar is a 25 min walk. Host was really helpful prior to our arrival and Esperanza was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival. Would thoroughly recommend this villa for a family holiday and hope to return in the future!

Fantastic villa

Villa was perfect size for 2 families. Bedrooms all good sizes. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice swimming pool and stunning views. 10 minute walk to the beach great for snorkeling, however steps are quite step although we did enjoy the challenge. challenge

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette belle villa andalouse : très spacieuse, elle offre des prestations de qualité, avec une vue exceptionnelle, et la plage à 2 minutes à pied. Et quel plaisir de dormir bercé par le bruit des vagues ! Juste à savoir : 2 chambres sont en enfilade

Great Villa with amazing views!

We had a wonderful stay in this Villa. It is Ideally located between La Herradura and Almunecar. The place offers amazing views and a relaxing pool terrace. The interior is well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals. If I were to visit the area again, I would book this home again. No complaints.
