"My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at the hotel, and all had a wonderful experience. The staff are exceptional. From the bellmen to the concierge and restaurant staff, they all went above and beyond. We especially enjoyed our time in the restaurant and lounge where my daughter and I played the piano while having nice conversations. The restaurant staff were also especially good with our daughter. Thank you, we will be back."

My family appreciates the hospitality and caring attitude after a very long tiring flight from the U.S.The breakfast buffet was a treat every morning with a plethora of fresh,delicious options to choose from. From the reception to the concierge and everyone else, the staff was not only friendly and helpful but always smiling. Emre at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and so was Zeki Yusufoglu who arranged a lovely breakfast for us at 3:30 am for our early morning flight. Nasiba,the lovely lady in red was very knowledgeable as she gave us a tour of the palace. The breakfast was vast and fresh and delicious. Rooms very clean and grand and room service was impeccable. "Excellent location and impeccable service. Close to metro station at Taksim square accessible to all major attractions. Staff at check in Desk went above and beyond. Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city. Will definitely come back and stay with intercontinental again. One of the best stays with Expedia over the past 5 years and maybe 10 years."
