Nice concept and friendly staff. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined when we found large bedbugs crawling up the walls in our room. We were offered a free breakfast and promised a refund for the night, but despite several emails and phone calls, this refund was never issued. This is very disappointing and leaves a lasting negative impression.

A good stay at this hotel. The room itself (the bookshelf) was nice, spacious and comfortable. The shared bathroom was okay, it was mostly clean but clearly depends on who used it last. The staff were very friendly however most times there was no one on reception and when clicking the button for attention no one arrived. It made the experience a little poorer.

The hotel design was unique, and the staff was nice. There was no air conditioning which was not ideal in the Summer, but there was a fan that helped.

It was an "interesting" experience, especially sleeping inside an old Tram. But it was comfortable and bed was big. They do need to update the curtains. Bathroom was clean. Staff was hepfull and friendly. Location is nearby local transportation.

Excellent experience.. we booked the larger bookcase room with a window which proved to be the correct decision. Staff are very helpful from lifting suitcases to pleasant manners. The Thai restaurant is worth having a meal.. high quality food and service

Although the staff was friendly, our room was not one we would stay in again. While the overall facility was clean, our room had strange little bugs found in the bathroom and twice in the bed. Not sure what kind, as we checked for bed bugs and that was not the case. I did leave with some little bites though, so not the best experience. Upon arrival the storage compartment for luggage under the bed would not open, and the staff could not find the key or figure out how to open it for us. In an already small room, this made the living quarters even more tight. They did offer to continue to store our luggage, but we would have to keep asking for it whenever we would need to access something, and this did not seem very realistic for a trip where we are in an out exploring and needing to access our luggage somewhat frequently. I will say that multiple staff members were very pleasant and kind, and it’s unfortunate at the few issues with our room. Probably would not stay here again.
