Las condiciones del hotel son pésimas. El cuarto olía a humo de cigarro y había humedad en las paredes. Cuando hice la reserva; en ningun lugar visible, mencionaba que era con baño compartido. A la hora de hacer una reserva, uno no se preocupa por este tipo de cosas, porque se asume que se cuenta con baño propio. Nos dimos cuenta al llegar al lugar y ver las condiciones. Adicional, los baños estaban en mal estado. Solo estuve 1 noche; no soporte las condiciones.

Terrible experience
The hotel was not at all what was shown in the photo. The rooms were okay but the bathroom which was on sharing basis was so dirty that we went to our tour without showering.

I mean, the property is no where near comfortable. Doors slam, carpets are dirty, walls are dirty, mice/rat was found in my room on the last night, shower and toilet is shared so thats a nightmare. But, aye, wouldnt recommend, this place is more like a last ditch resort place.

Shared toilet & shower - both dirty. Room was dirty with everything pushed under the bed. No sheet on the bed, just a re-used comforter. No black out drapes and light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling. Common areas were dirty. Large paint stain in the middle of the hallway.

It was ok without being brilliant. The rooms are severely outdated and given the age of the building it’s understandable. It’s a fantastic location and the staff are very friendly. I had a couple of bugs in my bed and I am trying not to think they were bed bugs but they might’ve been. I was only here a short stay so didn’t want to make a big deal about it because overall I didn’t mind it. There are steep stairs and no lifts so if you have a large luggage bag you will struggle. The bathroom on level 4 is the best of the lot.

There should be a picture of the stairs on your website and it should be clear that the bathrooms are in the hallway. The view was fantastic, but the noise level was a lot.

The steps is very steep and dangerous. It can kill somebody. The staff even skiptecal to bring down our luggage. Please do not recommend this hotel it’s not worth it.

Many reviews here report the same issue, and the hotel had a very blanket, almost autonomous response. The pictures depicted rooms that are well maintained and clean, but the room I got was dark, dirty, and had no blackout drapes for the window. It was extremely small, and even though the website showed there was a shared bathroom, it failed to mention that there was zero showering apparatus. The hallways were dark and extremely difficult to traverse, as the space is tiny and even for an athletic early 20s person like me, it was dangerous to navigate up and down the stairs. All in all, it was the misleading pictures that was incongruent to my experience that warranted this poor review. However, the front desk concierge was very nice, and that is the only good thing about this hotel.

Location was great however the place need renovation and upkeep horrible and there is no elevator for 3 stories to carry luggage and stairs narrow. Also there is no mention that toilet would be shared with other guest on line.

Was really expecting full en suite facility and tv. The room was basic, but clean. Shower in room but had to use a nearby communal toilet. It was more about the location for me as a large group of friends were staying nearby in hostel, which i didn't want, in the main because of sharing communal facilities

You get what you pay for. You are in the red light district. There is no lift and the stairs are steep. No toilets in the bedrooms they are all shared. Worth paying the extra for your private shower if there is a few of you. There is only one plug in the room so worth taking an extension plug.

When booking the hotel i put my card details in and they took £169 out of my account. I then got an email from them saying i would need to pay around 280 euros at the hotel which was fine. We arrived and they charged me £300 !!! The woman working there said the money that had been taken from my card will be given back however it wasn't. So all in all i paid £469 for a two night stay . I was told the £300 paid for the money i needed to pay upfront and the deposit. I still have not received the £169 taken from my account.Please email me back @jjw.jessica02@gmail.com to try and resolve this issue

Paid $300 for one night at this place and it didn’t even have it’s own bathroom. Wasn’t very clean and there was a used towel in the dresser.
