"Pros: The view Cons: There was no oven as discribed in the advertisement. So our brought pizzas we needed to take to our next apartment."

"Logement spacieux et confortable, dans un village typique, avec une belle vue des chambres et de la terrasse. La petite épicerie juste à côté dépanne bien pour les courses. La plage et 2 ou 3 belles randonnées à faire à proximité, les autres sites intéressants sont à 30-45 mn de voiture. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire (boite à clé) mais communication facile par whatsapp."

"Location and staff. Big rooms in a quiet and historic walkable area!!"

"It is a boutique hotel but the rooms are very clean and with a modern design (we had a loft room) and we loved it. It is close to the center of Tenerife so it was very convenient."

"Very nice rooms, great location, very clean"

"Lovely hotel and easy to get to public transport."

"Great stay"

"Very nice and clean place. Warm welcome and good zen in the rooms. "

"The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout my visit. Furthermore, the entire staff was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive to every request. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options."

"Perfect location, spacious room and great customer service"

"Clean room"

"The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. The staff, especially Julia, were super helpful; she gave us some spot-on recommendations for things to do nearby. They even booked my taxi to the airport and made sure it actually showed up. The room was really spacious and clean, and the AC was nice and cold. I didn't have breakfast, though."

" Overall, good stay. "

"Great hotel right in the center of the historical area of Santa Cruz. Waking distance to the main bus station - convenient for getting to other parts of the island."

"The most beautiful hostel I have ever been. So much magic, art and love. The owner is very friendly and helpful with everything you need. Also it's very clean and has everything what you need, from soap to towels, hairdryer, nail clipper and also in the kitchen you can find the basics like coffee and tea. In my room the bed was also very comfy, what I think is super important. I can totally recommend the hostel and will book it again."

"This hotel was fantastic! I highly recommend staying here. The staff was exceptional!"
