Beautiful new lovely apartment 2 bd, 1.5 bath located in Anaheim near Disneyland, convention center, restaurants & shopping centers. Prime location for all your shopping, dining, and entertainment. It features new laminate flooring, central heating/AC, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and counter bar for seating/dining area. Waher and dryer in laundry room. Bedroom #1 has queen bed & Bedroom #2 has 2 full beds. Beautiful outdoor balcony to enjoy, relax, watch Disneyland fireworks.
The space
This apartment unit located on the second story is fully private and not shared with anyone else. It has its own private entrance from the side of the house to get access to the staircase to get to the apartment.
Guest access
Guests have access to the swimming pool located in the backyard of the main house. Guests would need to request access to the swimming pool to unlock the gate. Please note the swimming pool has a shallow end and a deep end (8 feet).
