"We had a deluxe villa with own pool. It was just a shame due to staying later in the season, we did not get the sun on our loungers and the pool was very cold. (Still tried it though!!) Suite was lovely, Breakfast was good, lots of choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort is close to main road, which was a bit annoying if sitting out. Overall though, could not fault the resort. However, walked along the nearest beach, and was very disappointed with the amount of rubbish and plastic around. Shame our tourist tax isn't helping with that!!"

Easy to travel to north and south of Rethimno municipality of Crete.I would say you need to be fairly fit as there are 47 steep narrow concrete steps down to the middle floor of the house, and more to the garden door entrance.Narrow wooden open stairs inside and bed on the floor above the bathroom.Perfect for 2 adults.Well equipped kitchen but we ate in the Ancient Lappa Taverna each night which is excellent for and service"

"Beautiful stone villa with glorious uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Lovely, clean infinity pool, plenty of sun loungers, towels etc and super spacious outdoor table and shady seating areas. Andreas, the host had left a home baked cake for our arrival, a wonderful freshly baked fig tart delivered during the stay and some lovely sprigs of fresh rosemary to take home - what a very nice touch !"

"Mooie villa in een rustige omgeving met veel privacy en leuke plaatsjes rondom het huis om buiten te vertoeven. Het zwembad is ook heel aangenaam en de temperatuur was uitstekend begin September. Binnenin is er ook vrij veel plaats en alles was net. Indien je groot bent dan zijn de douches wat aan de kleine kant. De uitbaters zijn heel vriendelijke mensen waar je alles kan aan vragen. Wij hebben met ons drie alvast een prachtige vakantie gehad."
