"We travelled from Canada to Crete and this hotel was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything you need is provided. There’s no need to reserve beach beds- there are plenty available. The buffet offered a wide variety of diverse food options. We really loved the warm Greek hospitality, which feels so different from Caribbean resorts. We will definitely go back!"

"Everything at this property was amazing. What was exceptional was the front desk, and everyone from the barman to the janitor and cleaning staff. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The property is on the beach and very well situated. You are minutes drive from many sites. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Great room, amenities and food. The property is not brand new but it was very well maintained and everything was clean and in excellent condition. The pools were all very clean and well maintained, the beach was incredible and the food was excellent. Great location and you must go check out the lake which was 5 mins away. Excellent resort for a family with children."

"Host: It is important to know that the "host" is made of two entities. Posarellivillas, the management company, and Roula Stavros, the owner. The management company was responsive but not helpful with our pre-trip planning. Roula and her husband were the opposite. They were responsive, helpful and made our trip as good as it could be.Serenity Villa: the property is beautiful and suited to Crete's climate. We were there in July and each day got hotter. The rooms have excellent A/C and the property is new(ish) with comfortable beds and blackout, roll-down shades. The outdoor areas have light colored surfaces making walking barefoot fine during the day. There are areas that are shaded offering places to enjoy the day.Outdoor pool: The pool is beautiful and two youngsters improved their swimming during the visit. For active swimmers, there is a "resistance unit" that allows stationary swimming for as long as one wishes. Actually it shuts off every 10 to 15 minutes. The spa is a plus with a waterfall wall that is beautiful in the evening.Kitchen(s): The one most used is the outdoor kitchen with large dining table, refrigerator, microwave, stove top and grilling unit and dishwasher. The kitchen supplies are the best I have encountered. There is another kitchen in the upstairs unit with another large dining table. Area: It is close to Lake Kornas, a beautiful, clear lake that does get busy but is large enough. Next door is Georgia's Traditional Taverna. Excellent food."
