  • Located in the heart of the city center 200m from the Thiers pier, 100m from the beach and the seafront, 400m from the train station and all shops, VERY NICE new T2 APARTMENT of 51m², on the 3rd floor with elevator of a residence built in 2017 including:
    - Clearance entrance.
    - Living room with sofa and dining area, TV, opening onto balcony with garden furniture and sea view.
    - fitted kitchen, equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, washing machine, dryer.
    - Bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together (80x190) / Wardrobe.
    - Shower room + [hidden]
    - 1 parking space in the underground municipal car park at 100m.
    CLEANING INCLUDED
    LINEN NOT PROVIDED: POSSIBILITY OF HIRE SINGLE BED SHEETS €12, DOUBLE BED €20, TOWEL KIT €8, BATH MAT €3, TOWEL €2

Superbe appartement et accueil 4 étoiles.

Appartement idéalement placé, bien décoré, bien agencé et bien équipé. Quant à l'accueil, que ce soit Karine de l agence Abatilles ou les propriétaires, tous ont été d'une gentillesse et d'une réactivité extrême. Merci à eux ! Excellent séjour à Arcachon !

Excellence de l'emplacement

A peu de distance des points forts d'Arcachon (plage, marché, front de mer, ville d'hiver, rues commerçantes) cette location convient parfaitement à un couple. La place de parking est située à proximité en sous-sol. Seul petit bémol lors de notre séjour, l'immeuble voisin qui était en construction mais cela n'aura qu'un temps ! Bref, location chaudement recommandée.
