The rooms are very clean, the plaza is very welcoming and cozy, peaceful. Just a little bit more attention to some details on the common areas of the restaurant can easily make this an exceptional place to spend a few days.

La verdad es que la habitación está bastante bien para ser hostal. Además, el chico se portó muy bien porque nos dio dos habitaciones para poder estar cómodos. Una para los niños y otro para los adultos. Lo único malo son las instalaciones exteriores. Nada más llegar te la sensación de que el lugar está abandonado porque no está nada cuidado y de la piscina cubierta no puedes hacer uso porque no tiene nada que ver con la foto que te pone aquí.

El propietario es una persona muy amable y atenta, sobre todo con los niños, pero la instalación está muy dejada. En el anuncio ponen que tienen dos piscinas y solo tienen una. Dicen que la piscina es cubierta y el primer día que llovió le hemos preguntado si se podía cubrir y nos han dicho que no. Admiten mascotas pero no la puedes dejar en la habitación si quieres ir a darte una vuelta y durante el tiempo que estás en las instalaciones la tienes que dejar en la habitación o atada cerca de donde tú estés. El Wifi no funciona bien.

A quick overnight stay and my kids loved the place which was all that mattered to us. Their friendly dogs and awesome pool and grounds were fun for our 9 and 11 year old. No complaints.

El personal del hostal Isis profesionales de los que no encuentras.Pendientes de que no nos faltara nada durante nuestra estancia,informándonos de lo que teníamos que visitar en Cuenca, asesorandonos y recomendando sitios y lugares de Cuenca. La comida del Isis espectacular, el desayuno completísimo. Hemos descansado sin ningún ruido. El trato familiar que nos han dado. La excelencia personalizada en el Hostal Isis de Cuenca. Recomendable para visitar la ciudad de Cuenca.
