très bien.
Ce serait bien de préciser la nature de l'escalier car des personnes âgées ou ayant des problèmes de mobilité afin qu'elles ne soient pas surprises une fois sur place. De même pour un couple avec un bébé ou un jeune enfant.
Le calme est très appréciable autant que la possibilité de se garer en face du logement.
