    Welcome to Villa Solaris Privé, an architectural jewel of 1,400 m² located on a private plot of 2,100 m², on the first line of the prestigious Las Américas golf course. A high-level residence designed for those seeking privacy, spaciousness and an accommodation experience without concessions.



    Distributed over three floors and connected by elevator, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It has four main suites, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped independent apartment with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In total, the property has 7 bathrooms, in addition to spaces dedicated to relaxation and wellness such as a Turkish bath (hammam), private jacuzzi in the master suite and a spectacular heated swimming pool.



    The social area is designed for enjoyment: a winery and bar with dining room, gym, outdoor barbecue, chill out area with Balinese beds and fountain, private garden and a spacious laundry area.



    The independent kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery and complete kitchenware, toaster and kettle.



    Included services during your stay:



    Daily cleaning (Monday to Friday, 5 hours) which includes house maintenance and washing/ironing of personal clothing.



    Personal hygiene kits in each bathroom for your comfort.
