Villa Stella is located a few steps from the sandy cove of Ea Bianca, in the area of Cala dei Ginepri, near Baja Sardinia. Surrounded by a lush garden, this single-storey villa reflects the typical architectural style of the Emerald Coast, with exposed stone walls and well-kept outdoor spaces. Furnished in a traditional classic style, it has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a bright living area and a separate kitchen. A shaded outdoor dining area and a built-in barbecue overlook the terraced garden, while the pool is located on a lower level. With the scent of myrtle and rosemary in the air and the sea just a few steps away, Villa Stella offers a setting that combines the comfort of the interiors with the beauty of the surrounding nature. THE PROPERTY HAS UNDERGONE A CHECK-UP CARRIED OUT BY ONE OF OUR TECHNICAL MANAGERS, TO GUARANTEE THE CORRESPONDENCE OF THE DESCRIPTION, THE ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THE SITE AND THEIR STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE Interiors: The villa is on one level. A stone driveway leads from the front gate to the front door. GROUND FLOOR — Open space living room with dining area; kitchenette; access to the garden and adjoining living room. Hallway to three bedrooms: double bedroom with bunk bed, en suite bathroom with shower and covered veranda; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and outdoor area with sea view; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and access to the garden. Laundry in an adjoining outdoor room. Air conditioning in the rooms. Park: The terraced garden is bordered by hedges and wild vegetation, including olive trees, oaks, myrtle, bay leaves and aromatic herbs. A shaded outdoor living area with barbecue, accessible from the dining room, is furnished with a dining table and seating area. Flowering shrubs such as bougainvillea and plumbago add notes of seasonal color throughout the garden. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa. Pool: The pool is located on a lower terrace, accessible by descending 19 stone steps from the garden. Irregularly shaped, it measures 9 x 4.5 m with a constant depth of 1.65 m; covered in PVC; stone border and marble flooring; salt purification system; large internal lighthouse; access through four submerged steps. The surrounding area is equipped with sun loungers, a large umbrella and an outdoor shower with cold water. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
