- 2 bathrooms, with overhead shower and walk-in shower

House Rules
- A refundable security/behaviour deposit of £275 is required (returned in full within 5 working days of departure, subject to inspection).
- Parties are strictly forbidden
- Minimum age requirement is 25+ unless a family booking (must include parent/siblings) or for verified business/contractor stays
- Check-in from 4pm | Check-out by 10am
- Smoking is not allowed
- The maximum number of guests must not exceed the number notified and paid for
- No loud music after 10:30pm
