Great place for our short trip

We came to Atlanta for the Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum and I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay. I came across this home and it was exactly how the listing stated it was. Quiet Neighborhood, Very clean inside, Nice and Modern. Only issue we had was short on linens but for 3 nights that was fine as well and not a big deal. We also had an issue getting into the property but after calling the property manager, She was able to get us right in with no problem. Thank you for the communication and the ability to stay in your home.

House is not the same as pictured

House was not in describable area. Yard was not maintained couldn't let kids play outside. Ants were everywhere in the house. Wasnt able to put food in the house due to these conditions. There was only one tv in entire home in the livingroom. It wasnt on the listing that there was only one. Had to request wifi information. The owners were really rude and inconsiderate after informing them of the situation. The owners wanted up to clean up the trash from the previous renters. The earliest they could get someone out to pick up trash was 3 days later. This was unacceptable.We decided to leave property due to these conditions and owners were not willing to refund anything knowing the house was in these conditions. After speaking to vrob the owners only was willing to refund 110.00. We were out of over 1,000 because we had to find another living arrangements while with 4 kids

Things started off poorly coming into the house with smoke detectors going off in two rooms and then no hand towels in the bathrooms. I found bath towels in the closets around the house but several had make up and hair embedded into them. I contacted the owner and they did empathize or apologize just the would send a handman over. I didn't get communication on when or who the person was like name or description. I went out for ice cream with my daughter and came back to a guy standing on the porch in shorts and t-shirt and he said he was going to fix the alarms. I thanked him but it would have been nicw to know it was the right person. Also, the house is nice but the kitchen as big and spacious at it is you cant really use to make anything. There are no paper towels, only one spoon to use in the drawer to eat with, no larger bowel to make or serve food in, no oven mitts to take anythout of the oven, or measuring instruments like cups or spoons. The coffee maker made us do two cleaning cycles of 90 mins each before we could use it. We like to make food and have dinner together so this didn't work for us. If your having a get together there and only need a fridge then it's a great gathering space. Again the space is great for simple get togethers but for a family looking to travel and make things it didn't work great. The neighbor was pretty loud with drag racing and reveing at night down the street.
