Beautiful cottage
The cottage was very homely, very clean in an ideal location, it was perfect for my elderly dog with a park right across the street .we will definitely have a return visit.

Clean, welcoming but small
This property was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome pack was a nice addition and the front room was homely. The park opposite was very welcome for dog walks and the access to the town was within easy distance as was the ruined abbey. Even though this property does sleep 4 there is only enough room for 2. The 2nd bedroom is in a hatch with a pull down ladder which could only be used by well abled people as it’s steep and has no rail. It’s also didn’t seem to have a heater which made it quite cold. When booking this property I asked for a garden, but there is only a small terrace next to the road, so is unsuitable for a dog.

Cite and cozy cottage
This was a cute cottage which I found to be very comfortable. Some basic food and toiletries are provided which is a nice touch. I would stay here again if in the area.

Cute cottage.
We stayed in the cottage for a night for my friends birthday. The host was lovely, friendly and approachable. The cottage was nice enough with adequate facilities. I would say a bit small for 4 adults as not enough comfy seats for four. The location was quiet and quaint. The owner was lovely and left clear instructions for access etc. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and the bedding was clearly freshly laundered. Good kitchen facilities for needs. Handy location for gleneagles. The guests found access to the upstairs bedroom a bit of a challenge and the ladders did block access to the kitchen slightly when down.

Lovely, cosy cottage.
Great little cottage in a lovely village. You'll find everything you need and more in the cottage. It's very quiet and peaceful and just a short drive to Gleneagles and Auchterarder. Our host sent detailed instructions for everything and was always available if we needed her.

Perfect spot to launch our adventures from
This location was just what our family of four needed to be comfortable in pur own rooms for our first few nights in Scotland. We appreciated the food items available and that the shop close by had other essentials. In the easy to use kitchen we made a couple of meals to enjoy at the dining table and also in the peaceful garden. Great washer and drying rack for clothes fir light packers like us. The washroom was large and had some toiletries to use as well as a heated towel rail which we now need to put in at home! Easy access to Gleneagles and Auchterarder for a visit with family and for touring Stirling, Callander, Doune, Crieff and The Hermitage. Beds were a bit too soft and the garden spiders were huge but the bedrooms and living room we used for a cot were great, thank you so much Helen!

Beautiful cottage
This was our second stay at this beautiful cottage. Helen the owner is a lovely lady who has decorated this place beautifully. It has everything you need and more in a stunning location close to shops a pub and a playing field for the kids with a little park all secure also great for our dog for a run around. The welcome pack was perfect bread milk shortbread and crisps coffee and tea great after our long journey. Thanks for our great stay and we will definitely recommend to all our friends and family. Thanks Helen for our perfect stay 😊

Beautiful location
Fabulous little property with everything you need and more. Lovely little touches beautiful furnishings and a fantastic welcome pack. Shop a 2 minute walk and there’s a park across from the cottage perfect for kids and letting the dogs have a run around.. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great communication.
We had booked before covid and had to cancel. When we finally made our trip this year everything was just as we expected. Wonderful location after leaving the airport and getting ready to head north.

Grey Cottage, highly recommended
Fantastic property, immaculate and in a lovely spot. Property owner, Helen, is lovely and communicated all the necessary details and stocked the kitchen with milk, tea, coffees, bread, biscuits etc., a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend.

Overnight Stay.

Lovely Cottage in a good location
Lovely cottage in a great location. Clean and cosy, good use of the space. Owner Helen very helpful and lots of thoughtful touches in cottage. Great location for exploring the area. We had afternoon tea at Gleneagles Hotel, whisky tour at Tullibardine, wedding shopping at Bear Necessities in Auchterarder and great walks for the dogs. Villagers very friendly and we received a warm welcome at the dog friendly Blackford Inn. If I could suggest any improvement that would be the downstairs bed. Mattress was too soft for us and being metal framed, the bed creaked every time we turned in the night. Otherwise it was a fabulous stay and we will certainly use again 😀

Blackford cottage stay
Excellent property . Spotless extra touches on arrival like the milk, tea bags and crisps things you need to get on arrival. Lovely place would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. Right across from a park which is ideal if you have dogs or children.

We were attending a family wedding at Crieff Hydro and the Grey Cottage was a perfect stopover for us. Although we only stayed one night, Helen accommodated us very well, adding an extra bed for our granddaughter. There were lots of thoughtful touches, food, toys for Matilda to play with and everything else you would need for a lovely break. Dog friendly too. We had very good communication throughout and we would highly recommend Helen's charming cottage for a holiday. *****

we enjoyed our stay and would book again the property was clean and tidy to our standard we had one problem regarding the television we could only get bbc programmes and no other channels we were unsure how to work the television with netflex as we are oaps and do not have this at home

Das Cottage haben wir genau wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Es ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren positiv überrascht über den vielen Stauraum. Man hat alles was man benötigt und noch viel mehr. Vielen Dank für das Überraschungspaket. Besonders positiv fanden wir den gegenüber liegenden öffentlichen Platz. Dieser ist umzäunt und Hunde dürfen frei laufen (trotz Spielplatz). Vielen Dank an Helen für die freundliche und informative Kommunikation. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
