Super Lage

Ein schönes altes Haus mit dicken Mauern. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit vielen guten Tipps, danke Michel. Leider im EG sehr feucht. Dem ganzen Haus würde eine professionelle Grundreinigung gut tun. Vom Wintergarten , 1. OG, schöner Blick ins Grüne, d.h. in den winzigen Außenbereich. Bad im 1. OG sehr renovierungsbedürftig, Klempner kam leider nicht bei. Küchenausstattung, alle Geräte vorhanden, aber recht einfach. Wir haben nicht gekocht, also war es nicht so schlimm. Wohnzimmerausstattung gemütlich mit vielen netten Details. Leider trifft man in vielen Schubladen auf viel Kram, wahrscheinlich von den Vormietern. Im 2. OG ein schönes, großes und luftiges Schlafzimmer. Da alles sehr sauber. Bettgröße ca 140, für uns ausreichend. Matratze sehr gut. Auch das Duschbad war in Ordnung. Sehr nett fanden wir, daß für uns 2 Personen 3 Betten bezogen waren. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut und ruhig in einer Parallelstraße zum Hafen. Dort gute bis sehr gute Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auf der Hafenseite keine. Ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt in der Oberstadt sind viele Geschäfte und auch eine Markthalle. P am Haus nicht möglich, außer zum Be- und Entladen. Wir haben aber immer einen freien Platz in der Nähe gefunden. Michel hat uns alle Möglichkeiten gezeigt und war.sehr hilfsbereit.

Très Bon accueil

Très bon accueil mais cette vieille demoiselle demanderait plus de nettoyage à fond. Il faut signaler la télé si petite qu’elle doit dater de l’époque. Sinon beaucoup d’espace et endroit agréable.

Une belle semaine en Bretagne

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison de Michel. Elle est bien placée, très au calme dans une rue piétonne et à proximité immédiate du très joli port de Saint Goustan, idéal pour se promener ou sortir le soir. Nous nous sommes garés facilement à proximité. La maison est agréable et bien équipée et l'on se sent vite comme chez soi ! Un radiateur d'appoint dans la véranda serait bienvenu pour les repas lorsqu'il fait frais dehors (fin octobre pour nous), mais nous avons bien profité de sa luminosité. L'accès à la chambre avec 2 petits lits se fait par la véranda, les 2 chambres sont assez éloignées, c'était un avantage pour nous (4 adultes) mais ça pourrait être plus compliqué avec de jeunes enfants. Michel nous a accueilli très gentiment et nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires et de très bons conseils d'itinéraires de découvertes de la région. Merci pour les gentilles attentions à notre arrivée ! Nous recommandons cette location !

Lovely St Goustan

We had a brilliant week with excellent weather at Michel's lovely house. It was well furnished and well equipped, the only things that were missing in the kitchen were egg cups for our boiled eggs! Previous tenants had left lots of useful things such as filters for the coffee machine. We struggled with the washing machine so some instructions in English would be helpful and we found the pillows too soft. I think they need replacing. The house has a lot of stairs but we knew that when we booked the house. The outside space was smaller than expected but big enough for us to take a couple of chairs outside to read and have a drink. We loved the fact that we could walk to the restaurants in the port in the evening and their was sufficient choice for a weeks stay. On the Monday we walked into the town of Auray went to the market and had lunch. It is a very steep hill to climb to get to the town but the market was well worth the effort. There are lots of very nice places to visit within easy driving distance of St Goustan We would happily stay at this cottage again

Schönes altes Haus

Das Haus ist liebevolle eingerichteten, TV hat soweit wir es sehen keinen deutschen Kanal, was wir nicht vermisst haben. Der Wintergarten ist ein Gewinn wogegen der als Terrasse/Garten bezeichneter Raum eigentlich nicht nutzbar ist. Gut sind die zwei kleinen Bäder, wenn man beide Schlafzimmer nutzt. Wir haben als Paar gebucht und da wir getrennt schlafen, brauchen wir 2 Schlafzimmer , mit ein Grund für uns sich für dieses Haus zu entscheiden. Bei Ankunft war allerdings nur 1 Zimmer hergerichtet bzw. Bett bezogen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns von dem sehr freundlichen Michel die Bettwäsche nachgeliefert allerdings für einen Aufpreis von 50 € , sehr befremdlich und auch sehr hoch. Da wir beide kein französisch sprechen, haben wir es dabei belassen und gezahlt. Also 100 € insgesamt ( 50 auf Rechnung als Bettensteuer ? + 50 in bar) finden wir sehr, sehr hoch ! Ansonsten war alles gut, sehr schöne Küste mit ausgedehnten Stränden, die ab 12 km zu erreichen sind.

Sweet stay in Sweet Auray

It doesn’t get more charming than Auray Port de St Goustan. Michel’s house is well situated near restaurants and shops yet still quiet and private. It’s comfortable, nicely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. Thanks Michel, great stay.

Ideal spot in a lovely town

Great house with plenty of space in the perfect location. -literally within a couple of minutes of restaurants etc. There were two of us but It would also suit 2 couples as the bedrooms offer privacy from each other. The host Michel was extremely helpful, offering advice and answering our questions. The only slight downside was that the small outside space wasn’t very useable - but the conservatory was nice to sit in for breakfast and drinks in the evening. We would recommend it!

Beautiful area. Easy acces to a range of good restaurants in walking distance. Character property bedroom and lounge area with good decor. Kitchen lacked storage for our food. Kettle needs replacing.

Wonderful location

The location of the cottage was superb being set in a beautiful flower lined, semi pedestrianised cobbled street within a very few metres of the waterfront, harbour and restaurants. Michel met us close by on the day we checked in to help us negotiate access to the port roads and the barriers at the end of the road. He also showed us around the property personally, showed us how to use all of the equipment and gave us advice about parking. Michel also appeared within 15 minutes to help us when we were accidentally locked out of the cottage. We had a really lovely break here and would recommend it to others.

Très bel emplacement

Magnifique petit port et très bon point de départ pour rayonner dans la région. La maison est très agréable, elle est spacieuse, très bien rénovée, super accueil du propriétaire. Pas de parking mais il est très facile de trouver de la place à proximité. De superbes vacances !

s'il avait fait beau!!!

Top dans l'ensemble. la cour est trop petite à cause de la végétation pour vraiment en profiter si le temps le permet. heureusement il a beaucoup plu. la situation est vraiment extra, il vaut mieux, je pense ,éviter les mois de grosse fréquentation. Bonne continuation à Michel

Chouette Nouvel An à Auray

Logement très bien situé au vieux port, calme (période hivernale et COVID...), dommage cheminée seulement décorative et véranda non utilisable l'hiver quand il fait froid. Mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Michel.

een mooie gezellige, volledig ingerichte woning in een pittoresk straatje in Auray, een heel charmant stadje. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad en de omgeving goed kunnen ontdekken.

Un pur bonheur, belle maison ancienne, située dans un lieu très charman

Pas de déception à l'arrivée : maison ancienne conforme à la description et décorée avec goût. La maison est située dans une rue calme tout en étant proche du centre ville que l'on peut rejoindre facilement à pied. ALe propriétaire est très sympatique et accueillant. Un pur bonheur .

Mon choix etait le bon

Très bien placé à Saint Goustan , port d'Auray ...lieu que nous avons apprécié car le cadre est beau , agréable et la maison proche de tout , . Propriétaire accueillant . Maison confortable ..mon seul regret le fait que la cheminée à gaz ne fonctionne pas
