This beautiful new custom home is your ultimate luxury rental and is in the heart of downtown Austin. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and major Austin attractions like Barton Springs, Zilker Park, and Lady Bird Lake. The home has open floor plan with living, dining, gourmet kitchen, and views throughout of a jungle like exterior. There is private deck, hot tub/plug pool, sauna for two, yoga/game room with a kitchenette, ping pong, and large TV for movies. Fire pit & seating. The first floor has a master suite with walk-in shower plus a sauna for two and a guest suite with large soaking tub. The second floor has two custom designed/furnished bedrooms, TV seating area, and a shared bathroom and shower. On the third floor is a yoga studio/game room with a kitchenette, large TV & couch, ping pong table, bean bag chairs, and blow up mattress if needed.

Great Stay in Barton Springs

Great house, great stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at this well-located and beautiful house. Very helpful to have the cupboard of spices, coffee, tea, etc. available to guests. The steam sauna and plunge pool were very nice!

Amazing Location

This was the perfect location for our getaway trip to Austin. Right in the middle of everything and very close to restaurants and nightlife. Owner did a great job communicating with us as well.

This is a lovely property in a quiet but conveniently located neighborhood. We were a group of 6 adults in town for a wedding; the house served our needs well.

Perfect luxury

Four couples stayed for a long weekend and had a blast exploring Austin. The house is absolutely gorgeous with upgraded everything-easily, the nicest place we have ever rented. We had an architect and IT nerd with us and they couldn't stop geeking out about the features of the house! The hot tub was an amazing bonus and overlooked a small ravine.

Absolutely gorgeous home in ideal location

I stayed at John's place during a friends trip to Austin, and all of us loved staying here. The space is thoughtfully and tastefully designed and there are both great communal gathering areas and private spaces. The steam shower and giant spa pool really stood out as unique amenities. Highly recommend to other large groups and families!

What a great spot… close to Barton Springs and so many shops and restaurants, still very close to down town. We loved the steam shower and pool…. Real treats! We will be back!

Perfect stay for college graduation

We enjoyed our stay at The House of Yes for our son’s UT graduation weekend. It was perfect for parents and grandparents to gather to celebrate. This was our second stay…first time was in 2022 for our daughter’s UT graduation. Beautiful house in a safe and convenient neighborhood, with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was super simple and John was easy to communicate with during our stays.

Top-level VRBO experience

Our stay here was one of the best I've ever had at a rental property. The house was amazing - clean, spacious and well equipped, the location is great, and communication with the owner was clear, thoughtful, and efficient. Couldn't ask for much more. Would absolutely recommend.

Green Wonderland

Great Urban Getaway!

Such a great house - very modern and comfortable for our group of 7. Top follow game room great for kids sleeping accommodations but would not be ideal for adults. No TV in the main floor living area. Surround sound music and hot tub make for a fun and festive atmosphere.Easy walk to so many fun things too

Amazing!

Gorgeous property with all of the amenities. Very peaceful and feels secluded. Close to Barton Springs as well as stores/shopping. Host very responsive and very interested in making sure everything is perfect. Absolutely no complaints.

Great House for ACL

Our stay at the Farm House was FANTASTIC!! They made it so easy for us to gain access and the house is Beautiful! I went with my family for the second week of ACL and it was perfect. Walking distance to the park, great restaurants and shops all around and the house had more amenities than we could ask for. Everything in the house was labeled and had instructions. There were no questions with anything associated with the sound along with the while home entertainment system. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Great place

6 of us stayed there to celebrate our 50th birthdays. House was clean, great location - Ubers came quickly. The pool/hot tub was dirty but the management resolved quickly so we were able to enjoy one day. Beds were reallly comfortable (though 2 had to sleep on the smaller beds on the throes floor but they said it was comfortable) Only tip would be to provide list of nearby restaurants or grocery stores. Would recommend!

Awesome Austin home

This home was perfect for our family to gather from all over the US for an engagement party downtown! We ranged from 1 year olds to 65 year old. We had plenty of room and loved the kitchen and everything it had to offer. The little ones loved the pool. The home is only a few minutes drive from downtown. We had some early check in and late check out issues due to sleep schedules with three babies and our host was very accommodating. The home was spotless. I highly recommend this place for all that it has to offer.

This is a great property that comes as advertised and more! Great communication with the host and the house had everything we could think of needing. Plenty of room, quality furnishing and decor. The only issue was the bug/roach problem in the game room. Only saw bugs in that one area on the top floor so possibly and easy fix. Would definilty recommend once that is taken care of.
