"Nice apartment in Plaza Mayor. Everything was as described. Newly remodeled. We didn't encounter any issues while there. You can open the balcony doors and look down onto the plaza. There isn't a lift, so you do get a lot of exercise walking up the 4 floors of stairs, but the location is worth it. The communication with the management was excellent! We hope to be back next year and will book again. "

"Great hotel and the shuttle to/from the airport is so nice. You will definitely need to uber to center city madrid, its about a 28 min drive. But for us we didnt mind, we had a 6am departure flight and being close to the airport was our priority"
