"conveniently close to St Mark’s square, u have to go thru a bridge to get the hotel. accessible to everything. 5 mins away fr San Marco Giardenetti Vaporetto stop. hotel lobby and breakfast being served is superb, lots of variety. Room we had was 308 needs some renovating, dim light but bathroom is clean with good water pressure"

Her infectious enthusiasm and personalized interactions made our time with her feel like a truly special experience. On our first evening, Carolina went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She provided us with a list of locally hidden restaurants and a popular spot for the locals. She even went out of her way to help me find a local hairstylist to touch up my hair after all the recent rain. Carolina contacted two salons and set up an appointment for me that same day. I ended up going to Aldo Coppola, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. Carolina’s recommendations for restaurants were also top-notch. She suggested so many great places to eat that I’ll definitely be booking my stay here again! PSA: for a phenomenal view of the Grand Canal, request room 301 or 302 on the 3rd floor."
