"Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. "Für dieses Jugendherbergsniveau und bei der Lage mitten in einem Industriegebiet sind 76,00 Euro definitiv zu teuer. Man bekommt bei der Buchung keine Nachricht vom Hotel auf´s Handy oder per Mail. Dafür wird man dann aber beim rein elektronischen Check-In nach einem Code gefragt, den man eingeben soll. Wenn man denn nur einen bekommen hätte..!! Ich habe mich dann einfach so lautstark bemerkbar gemacht, dass sich doch ein barfüßiger (?) Mitarbeiter dazu herabließ, mir die Tür zu öffnen. Meinen...

"Ambiente was quite good. But service and especially complaint management is downright improvable as the invoice was provided to us two days after our departure by email and charging was not really traceable. At the end, they charge us more as stated by the online travel agency when booking."
