The room was clean, the food was great, most of staffs were friendly, except I think one of transportation managers, which I bought a round trip transportation from airport to hotel and back to airport, but the night before we want to return to airport, I called our resort front desk to make sure everything is ok, and the manager of transportation his name was Louis he told me they canceled your transportation to airport, which I was very upset, I told him why you guys didn’t let me before, why it’s canceled, he said I am sorry I don’t know but we will refund your money or find you a taxi, I told what if I didn’t call and I missed my flight cause of waiting for my transportation which canceled, actually I made that reservation with lady her name was America Franquiz, she didn’t give any information about transportation cancellation
also the manager of all restaurants I don’t know his name, but he wasn’t helpful and friendly at all

The rooms were very clean, amenities were beautiful. The service at the restaurant and pool side were great.
It was awkward being asked if we wanted to tip every time we got anything. I would recommend not asking and just handing the machine to the guest. It takes away from the experience.
