"The resort was really nice. We would definitely come back. We didn’t bring the kids so this was really nice to enjoy the adults. The rooms were very clean along with the rest. The restaurants had really good food and it was nice having access to three different pools. There’s always chairs available. Beautiful beach and water did a good job of keeping the weeds off the beach as it was that season starting. All around great place meet a lot of great people there."

"The staff was excellent. My only complaint was that unless you are a luxury travel member, there aren’t breakfast options especially on days where you have excursions. There is zero breakfast open until 8 and usually you are gone before then on the excursions. I do wish there were more seats around the pool and at the beach, but overall the drinks and dos were great. The staff was very happy to be there and happy to help."

"The property was excellent. I have traveled to Cancun many times and have stayed with my family at 5 different resorts. Hard Rock Cancun is by far the best! Restaurants were very good. Entertainment and cleanliness were pristine. The only one minor item I would complain about was that the rooms were a bit too small. Probably because of the jacuzzi in the room. Full size beds are too small. Other than that, it was great!!"

"Right on the beach, daily clean up of any seaweed. Security on beach and resort. Great pool, jacuzzis and water park for kids. Felt very safe on resort. Book airport round trip transportation with hotel's shuttle Thomas Moore $25pp round trip."

"Great spa, plenty of pool space for the time of year I went, end of April. Enclave beach/ocean view was incredible, would stay again. "

"No night activities, minimal shows or entertainment at night. I wish the food menu in the restaurants would have more variety to choose from. If I would stay another night, I would run out of the food choices. Staff was very helpful and amazing."

"The bathrooms were always gross and smelly and usually out of toilet paper and covered in pee. And toilet paper all over the ground. Food was very difficult because im allergic to wheat Luis Garcia helped alot but I was glutenized multiple times because nobody understood what I was asking reason we chose here is because they online said you had it having an area with food would be great. They do have gluten-free soya sauce and thickening agent could be Cornstarch. We always had a painter outside our door and now I have paint all over my shoes. We barely had a great sleep because we had laundry going 24/7 so unfair. There were cockroaches in our room eww. The entertainment was boring need better stuff and more of it. I wouldn't return to stay in felt like a burden and was laughed at because of my allergies which are serious. Iam still unwell because of all the gluten i ingested because people told me there wasn't any in i have a mouthful of sores. Also the elevator doors shut on my arm that hurt so bad I almost cried I had a bruise for 7 days and its still bothering me feel like I fractured it. I'll be getting an xray to make sure. Trying to tell staff but language barriers were very difficult"
