"Staff went out of their way to be of assistance. We were there during New Years Eve. They set up for a party everyone could be a part of. Music, lights, professional dancers and different acts. Top the night off with fireworks and a lighted dance floor. Lots of fun. Nice restaurants, pools and the weather is fabulous. "

"Its a great property with breathtaking views of the beach. We had the beachfront room with amazing view. Staff is very polite and tries their best to communicate even though 90% of them don't speak English. The dinner reservation booking process is very smooth and you can easily book a reservation with 2 restaurants for ala carte. The main restaurant CUA is buffet only and you can easily walk in to grab a table without any issues. I would highly recommend this property and will also advise on taking the all inclusive only s it would be worth price if you drink. "

"We had an excellent holiday stay at The Pyramid Cancun! As a non-vegetarian family, we were thrilled with the food quality and variety—the Mexican, Japanese, and American options were all top-notch. Our dinner experiences at Maki Taco and Sakura were outstanding, and we also enjoyed the variety at the Tatish dinner buffet. For breakfast, LE Buffet was a daily highlight, and we loved our lunches at Miramar so much that it became our regular spot. A special mention must go to the staff at all the restaurants; every person we encountered was incredibly courteous, professional, and helpful. The resort’s access to the stunning turquoise beach and the massive pool was simply amazing, and our room was clean and comfortable throughout. However, the experience wasn't perfect. Despite being a top priority, we were unable to secure dinner reservations at Careyes or Benazuza, which was disappointing. Additionally, the check-in process was frustratingly slow; the registration staff seemed to struggle with the system and lacked the patience to help us navigate the reservation process. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with incredible dining and wonderful waitstaff, but they could definitely improve the front-desk service and reservation accessibility."
