"Our anniversary stay at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island Resort exceeded every expectation and truly delivered the relaxing, luxury getaway we were hoping for. From the moment we arrived, the Vantage Club experience stood out — personalized check-in, attentive service, beautiful exclusive spaces, and staff who consistently anticipated our needs before we even asked. The elevated level of hospitality made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. A special thank you to Oscar, one of the bellmen, whose wonderful service made a lasting impression. From our warm welcome at check-in, to his friendly assistance throughout our stay, and his thoughtful help at checkout, Oscar consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and enjoyable. Our room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping maintained it flawlessly each day, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy the stunning resort atmosphere. Waking up to peaceful views, enjoying coffee on the balcony, and ending evenings in such a serene space made the trip feel extra special. Dining throughout the resort was excellent overall. Nearly every restaurant offered delicious meals, creative presentations, and wonderful service. The only exception during our visit was the Mediterranean restaurant; however, what impressed us most was how seriously leadership took guest feedback. "Beautiful resort with amazing staff. We took the honeymoon suite upgrade for our 10 year anniversary and it was well worth it watching the sunrise and sunsets. The food was good, they had a small coffee shop with snacks all day. The wait times for dinner can be pretty long most nights though so be prepared for that. The only knock we may have is lack of evening entertainment. After dinner we kind of just went back to the room. We did enjoy the beach volleyball and pool volleyball during the day though. It was our first time doing all inclusive instead of air bnb and it was a great experience. "

"Staff were very pleasant, extremely helpful. The resort was very nice. Made myself and family happy and enjoyable. Was mine and my wife anniversary, Seadust staff sent a nice gift. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Only small complaint was that to eat in the restaurants in the resort was long waits time. Buffet food was good. Staff Work extremely hard to make our stay the best. Thank you "
