"Nice to stay at a resort where you don’t have to run down first thing in the morning to reserve your chairs, although some did. The food was just ok, not exceptional at any of their restaurants. Service, friendliness and staff were all exceptional. "

"We stayed at the Paradisus Cancun resort and it was amazing. From the wonderful staff at the pool bar - Mitchel, Carlos, Juan and Isaie - kept our cups filled to the awesome entertainment at night by Giovanni (he is a vibe :), to the relaxing spa treatment with Ruth who was so accommodating and Daniela who gave the best 75minute massage to our concierge Carlos and newbie Jefferson to the front desk staff Janet. It was a perfect vacation for my family. Will definitely go again!"

"The sewage pipes emitted a terrible odor, and the pool water was so dirty that it caused us to break out in a rash. The food was the same every day, offering very little variety. The entertainment was not very diverse and was quite boring. The waiters and reception staff were courteous. The resort is not suitable for the elderly, as it features many uneven surfaces and steps."

"We went as a family. I have 2 boys: 8 and 10. They love the ocean, so they spent a lot of their time at the beach. There were plenty of activities throughout the day. The pool area was always lively and music being played by a dj throughout the day. Restaurants were good. Most felt like they were rushing us, except the steakhouse. Food was very good overall. It was a nice property for a last minute trip. We had the room upgrade with the plunge pool, which made this trip all the more amazing. My kids were in that pool for hours. Overall, the staff were attentive and very hospitable. We love Mexico!"
