"In the hotel there is nothing to do,after you go to the restaurant. The buffet is very limited, we stay 5 days and only one of those there was Mexican food ‘, the water in the shower and in the wash basing smelled very, very very bad. The jacuzzi in the room was dirty with a lot of soap scum."

"The staff was super kind and helpful. We thought the food was good, not sure what other reviewers complained about. The property is 20 years old so you notice a little wear and tear but most of all it was great. Rooms were spacious for family of 4. Our only complaint was they do try to upsell a lot and join infinity group or buy spa services. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend for families."

"Booking the restaurants is such a complicated thing to do. My wife and I waited at the stake house in a line for 35 minutes. The host would not grant us entrance to the restaurant although we had booked at 7:00 pm. They make it complicated to go to the restaurants so, guests just keep on going to the buffet. We’ll never go back to this hotel. "

"Resort is beautiful, staff is excellent, but the whole vibe of the resort is great for older adults looking to end the night early. Lack of enthusiasm and excitement made us end our trip short here. I expected more."

"Perfect for a family with children. The hotel’s public spaces were beautiful and everywhere I went I saw staff cleaning. Our room was simple but spacious and absolutely spotless. We mostly ate at the buffet because there were lots of options to meet everybody’s taste and they had different themes each night. The food was fresh and they had things like pasta stations, omelette stations, a carving station at night, and a fajita station at lunch. We ate at the Mexican restaurant too, it was a little hit and miss. I wish the food there wasn’t so toned down for tourists. The main pool is a good size, they serve tacos by the pool at lunch and they are delicious. The beach is gorgeous. FYI the water tends to have strong currents so you can’t go very far into the water, but we had fun splashing around in the waves. The kids pool area with slides was partially closed during our visit, but it wasn’t an issue. There are exercise classes, sports and entertainment like dance classes by day. At night there’s things like live music, one night there was a fire dance show on the beach. "

"The rooms are very spacious, convenient washer and dryer in the rooms with kitchen. Kids area and the pool was fun for all the kids. Easy access to the beach also! "

"The property is very dated and needs a remodel. I spent months contacting the resort to switch to a king bed, which they claimed they couldn't do. I then asked them to at least combine the two beds; they told me it was noted in my file, but they never followed through. I had to move the furniture and push the beds together myself upon arrival. The "All-Inclusive" experience is heavily biased toward timeshare members. They get priority for everything. We called at 8:04 AM to book dinner (booking opens at 8) and were told it was already full. Same for the pool/beach; if you aren’t out by 5 AM to claim a chair, they are all gone. Most importantly: My wife slipped and fell in the lobby with several staff members present. Not a single person offered help or showed concern; they all looked away while she was in pain and bruised. It was incredibly unprofessional. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming. There was a high level of entitlement from other guests who were disrespectful to the staff and left messes everywhere. Once it was clear we weren't attending a timeshare meeting, the staff became short and rude. To top it off, I was given false info about a Royal Market credit through Expedia and was billed for it at checkout anyway. I cannot recommend this resort given the safety failures and poor treatment of guests who aren't members."

"Just got back from an amazing stay in Cancun and had to share! 🌴 The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—always ready to help with a smile and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. And the food… absolutely excellent! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and had plenty of variety to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cancun. Can’t wait to go back!"
