Overall excellent. We just returned from our 5 day vacation at Beach Palace and couldn't be more pleased. The food was excellent (Tavola, Momo, Gondola, Sweet & Coffee cafe). The facilities (pool, the beach access, stadium bar) and entertainment (night shows) were great. And the service overall was just amazing (special call out to Rafael at Momo, Daniel at Tavola and the servers at Sweet & Coffee). Every person was so professional, helpful and courteous. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The front lobby and common areas were clean. My room was mediocre. The curtains were dirty. The mirrors were dirty, the window to the balcony had numerous fingerprints. The property to the right of the hotel was abandoned. While the sun is in the reflection of the beach palace, the abandoned hotel was not in good condition, so it was an eyesore to look at.

We just got back from a week at Beach Palace and had an amazing time. While the hotel is a little dated, the staff and service make up this. We were fortunate enough to stay on the top floor with a lovely view. We were supposed to get an attached room, but Marcos at the front desk gave us two rooms right next to each other, which was acceptable. Alan at the coffee shop was always so friendly. Gabriella at the breakfast bar was so funny and engaging with myself and my kids. Brenda was our beach waitresses and so fast with our drinks and food. This isn't a 5 star hotel, but the service is as good or better than any 5 star out there. You will be treated like family. We will definitely return.
