The fact that you could use the internet anywhare and on the beach that was awesome. The staff, paulo and all of the concierge were so awesome will definitely be back miguel at the rosotto restaurant was so awesome with his service

Enjoyed our trip and would recommend! Very clean, staff is helpful and the food was good. Hibachi restaurant was excellent! The beach was also great with plenty of chairs. Thank you for a great vacation!

The room was spacious and clean with an amazing view. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that we paid for the all-inclusive package, and it felt like a waste of money. There are three restaurants on the property, and you need to make a reservation at 7am for two of them. The other restaurant is buffet style, but the food did not look or smell appetizing, so we did not eat there. We left for our excursions at 6:45am on most mornings, so we were not able to make a reservation for any of the restaurants during our stay. We usually returned in the evenings and the restaurants close at 8pm. We were able to use the all-inclusive for drinks, but only one of the three bars was open later in the evening. It was not worth it for us, and we ended up spending money on eating and drinking off site during the entirety of our trip. That said, there are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Nice property, but I don’t think I would stay here again.

I have to say this was a great overall trip. I really loved the resort and all the restaurants that were in the resort. Everyone was so kind and polite and helped a lot with any questions and concerns that I had. The only very small issue I had was with the AC in my room, not working efficiently, but towards the end of the trip, it actually began working so overall I really can’t complain. I really loved the experience.

Ac never came above 25 degrees for 4 nights. We complained they gave us a fan to the end. The ladies at front desk were nice I have to say but everything else needs work. Rooms were ok and would have been great if the AC were working. We actually got 3 rooms and all 3 had same problem. Breakfast was excellent on the Sunday, they had a Maya cooking outside and presentation was amazing. The days after the servers were kind of slow and rude. Nice beach, great property but customer service was not on par.

I saw several customers asking if that was all the food you have on the buffet, also I always go to your hotel because you use to have 24 hours room service and now it's only untill 11:00 pm . Sorry but next year I might take another hotel. ( I went to your hotel for the last 3 years). You will not find my name because was reserved under another names. Years ago it was a real good hotel, not now

The room was very clean. I had a great housekeeper named Reyna she is amazing and so sweet. The staff was helpful when asked questions. The beach view was great from the balcony. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the upgrade from Krystal Grand and Altitude there is not much difference. In the 5 days that I stayed there I was not able to get a reservation for the French restaurant that only altitude has access to and the altitude only pool was not enforced as only altitude. I saw people with other color bands in there. The bar in the altitude building didn't have a bartender at all times. We had to wait for them to call him. Bar was open from 11-9pm. If we wanted to go to another bar we had to wait a while to get a drink and when you did majority were watered down or lacked flavor. The altitude bar had the best drinks when you were able to get one. Altitude had access to only the Buffet and 3 restaurants. 4 with the one we were never able to get a reservation in. I thought we would have priority at bars and dinner reservations since we reserved with altitude but that was not the case. There is also no night life at all. Dj for only 2 hours or Karaoke. You would have to leave resort if you wanted night life.

Good for families. Hotel was kept clean and staff for the most part were genuinely hospitable. It's not a super big resort compared to the other ones available in Cancun but definitely a nice and clean resort where you can relax and have a good time with family
