During my last trip to Cancún, I decided to try a different property, only to realize how much I missed this gem. It had been more than ten years since my previous stay here, yet I was just as impressed as ever. The rooms are beautiful and impeccably maintained, the food is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of elegance, relaxation, and authenticity that I look for in a beach resort. This hotel continues to deliver an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cancún. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

I had no hot water in my shower. Food was terrible. Only good restaurant was Samurai.
