Nearby Knockfierna (a hill) was a good place to take the dog for a walk, quiet with great views. Otherwise, the location is fairly central to the South West, with many locations within an hour or 90 minutes drice.

Ideal location , just across the bridge, five minutes walk and your into the restaurants and busy bar area, hotel quiet and perfect

The room was spotless and comfortable bed. Lovely and warm for a cold February days. The check in staff lovely and polite as well as check out staff. Also the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. However I found the breakfast staff a bit grumpy and not as friendly.
