"We got a family room that did not have any natural light. Otherwise room was generally clean and staff was nice. "

The only issue was that we expected laundry machines at the hotel and were told that they outsource laundry services and they didn’t have machines on the property."

"Visually sight the room before making a non-refundable payment! The room they advertised looked NOTHING like the room they gave me. My room had an 18" by 4' window slit that looked into the lobby and did not open. It was the most claustrophobic room I've ever stayed in. I understand businesses need to make money, but it is simply dishonest to advertise one thing, collect payment, and then provide something else. I would like to ask the hotel, if you bought a Porche, paid cash, and then were given a Peugeot, how would you feel? I would like my money back."

"Very hip modern hotel in a great location. Updated tech with a self check in kiosk. Lots of great, funky lounge spaces as well as a restaurant/bar on the main level. The cozy king room is extremely small with the bed built in to the wall. Clearly trying to use space efficiently which was fine for one night to explore the city but wouldn’t recommend if staying longer if you plan on being in the room a lot. "
