This is an excellent property. Beautiful location looking out over the channel. Very well maintained both inside and outside. The room we occupied was immaculate.

We loved our stay here, and would highly recommend a visit! Margaret was very helpful and so kind, and she makes a delicious breakfast in the morning that makes you feel right at home. The view is spectacular, we could have looked out our window for hours watching the sunset.

Amazing trip! Amazing stay at the Channel View BnB, Service was 11 out of 10, room was like you stepped into a hotel extremely clean & comfortable with tasty homemade breakfast. Short walk to restaurants and pubs, great trip all round Will be coming back!

Good Location, Good Service and Comfortable
Great B&B. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Wonderful view from the house. Baltimore down is 1.2km walk from the house so it’s easy to get too on foot. I would recommend staying here.

Fantasy! Great location combined with a beautiful facility and lovely garden. Margaret was the perfect hostess and went way beyond to make our stay great. The breakfast was exceptional!

Worth twice what I paid!
It was wonderful! Margaret is the sweetest. The view from our room was gorgeous. If you've never had a real Irish breakfast, this is the place to get one.

Lovely B&B great views!
The view from the property in rain or shine was brilliant, the breakfast was very enjoyable and my hubby would recommend the homemade Marmalade (unfortunately we forgot to purchase some before leaving, but another good excuse to go back lol ) The property was clean throughout and the water hot! Plus a comfy bed which is also a bonus! Within walking distance of the town.

We had two very enjoyable nights here. The woman who runs the B&B was great and very amiable. The breakfast she served us each morning was delicious! Also, the view from our room was terrific. It was lovely to wake up to the water views. The area is a little remote, but very peaceful. The village/harbor is about 1km away, and very walkable during the day. Also, there's a cozy pub right up the street where we had dinner both nights.

My wife and I stayed one night here in early November while we attended a wedding in the locality. Margaret was very easy to deal with and she kindly gave us a spin back to the wedding venue to collect our car the morning after. Full Irish breakfast was good and the bedroom and bathroom were clean and well-appointed. €65 for our one night stay with breakfast represented good value, so I would certainly recommend this guesthouse.

Had a really pleasant stay here with very hospitable hosts. The owner even offered to drive me to the nearby Inish Beg island if I left my car there for a wedding - so generous. Room was spacious, bathroom very clean, good facilities and great views. A hearty breakfast each morning to set me up for the day. Highly recommend!

Lovely picturesque getaway
A few of us were in West Cork for w/e to attend SCAR - Skibbereen charity adventure race, and Channel View B&B in Baltimore was ideal as located only a few km away. It is a lovely little village and Margaret has an immaculate B & B only a short stroll from nearest pub n restaurant, room and house was spotless and breakfast was great, she even made us porridge on request and couldn't be friendlier, bed was comfortable and shower was powerful and hot, also great views of the bay from most windows, a shame our stay was so short.

Quick stop over on our way out west. Cleanest place we stayed at over the week. Comfiest bed and a tasty breakfast. Nice view at breakfast.

If you are in the Baltimore area this is the B&B to stay at. Wonderful views of the estuary and moored boats. Excellent facilities and the breakfast is a delight. Margaret is an excellent host.

Lovely quiet B&B with stunning views
Margaret and her husband are really hospitable - the location of this B&B is as good as the pictures suggest. A bit of a walk into Baltimore, but no more than 10/15 min, and it's a pretty walk. The owners have built a pathway from the property to bypass the worst of the narrow lane.
