Beautiful 3bd/3.5ba townhome 1 block from lively Patterson Park, baltimore MD
Short and long term rent available. This listing is for the basement. The other bedroom will be rented to profesional travelers. You also have the option rent the whole house. All Utilities included.
Each bedroom has it's own private bath. Deck & parking pad in rear. Central AC/Heat. Washer & dryer on 1st level. Great centralized location. Mins to Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins Bayview, University of Maryland, Canton Square, Fells Point.
The whole house is surrounded by security system. The basement, will be rented separate from the rest of the house. It has a private bedroom and bathroom and kitchenette. Plus it has its own separate entrance and parking pad.
