We have stayed here a few times now and it delivers every time. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are lovely we had a king room and it was lovely, however the bed was a bit squeaky and a little hard. Everywhere is spotless. The food is very nice and service is quick on all occasions we have eaten there. If you are staying in the area it is beautiful and the Mourne mountains are with driving distance as is the coast at Newcastle where the mountains come down to the sea.

Nice hotel and room. Bathroom tiny with no shelves. Dinner was average bar type food. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff. Good value.

Lovely hotel
Had a great stay in this hotel. The room was a little chilly as only 1 radiator worked, and the water in the taps and shower could have been hotter. But nice clean room, staff were lovely and very helpful. Lovely breakfast. Would stay again

Lovely stay
Arrived early and the room was ready which was really appreciated. The room was fabulous, spacious, warm and cosy with everything we needed. Struggled to get hot water for a shower in the evening but maybe that was me. Breakfast was OK.

Relaxed opulence
Beautiful location, & so accessible to the A1. Also much closer to the centre of Banbridge than we expected. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, & will have a meal next time we stay. One issue - no lift; but I should have checked before booking. Now that we know, we can be better prepared.

Really enjoyed our stay, food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi wasn't great however, slow to load, ended up switching off WiFi and used phone data. Room was very clean and spacious. Water pressure in the shower could have been better. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The stay overall was average- the room comfortable but the window blind did not afford to good blackout- The room was cold and there was no heating on There was a loud social event taking place downstairs and people still on the hotel hallways shouting and laughing at 2am. Tried to call reception but the phone in the room not set up probably to call reception and no numbers for reception available - Then at 1am someone started to vacuum carpets and the sound of bottles being thrown into a bin outside just added to the somewhat sleepless night. Breakfast was odd- Not sure social distancing was well adhered to and my breakfast was average- surprised the waitress didn’t ask if I might like some toast with my breakfast for example ? The bacon and sausage poor quality and the poached egg undercooked. On a plus the staff are delightful but overall other things let the hotel down

Very friendly and attentive staff. Hotel gardens were immaculate and added to the feeling of exclusivity. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anybody as a convenient base for exploring the mournes and the surrounding scenery.

Fab hotel in the heart of Banbridge
This hotel is absolutely lovely. We have stayed as a family many times and the service is always fantastic. We stayed from Fri 13th until sun 15th March 2020. Staff are friendly and customer service is second to none. A problem arose which was out of managements hands but management took full responsibility regardless and sorted the issue for us. We will be back again soon.

Belmont relaxing Georgian House Hotel
Lovely Georgian House hotel in a private and quiet setting with all the modern features. The Georgian Decor is fabulous with a lovely quiet front room to relax in. The food is great and cooked fresh. Room had original cornice and decor and was very comfortable with modern ensuite. This hotel is within walking distance of the town centre. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. This was my first visit and having spent 2 nights I am looking forward to returning again later this year.
