You are going to love this newly constructed luxury home located just 1 mile from Bandon Dunes Golf Course. With 6 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, there is plenty of room for large groups, all on a private 5 acre lot.

There is over 1800 sq feet of covered outdoor living space that surrounds a 1600 sq foot putting green. The hot tub and sauna are located in this covered area. In addition to the bedrooms, we have a large gourmet kitchen and island, dining room that seats 14, and a family room large enough for everyone to be together.

And finally......a golf simulator room, with seating so you can watch all the action until it's your turn.

Starting December 22, 2025, The home will have 8 private bedrooms; we are adding 2 additional queen bedrooms that will share an added bathroom. The golf simulator room will move to the garage. Will have updated pictures when complete. ***
