Very tranquil, clean, and peaceful property. Great place to be away from the "wired" world. Definitely reccomend this place but be sure to have an accurate door code prior to arrival.
Close but far enough away from everything. Very nice cabin with an amazing location. Stream going through the property adds to the ambiance. Would definitely recommend.
Trillium is located in a beautiful area in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It has plenty of room for 2 people, secluded area and plenty of things to do near by. We will look forward to a future trip to this cabin.
This property is comfy, welcoming, with stream, wildlife to observe, mountain laurel and natural ferns abound, shady with perfect 55 degrees. Enjoy if you go.
Great location to be off the grid. Tin roof porch to listen to the rain. Great Mountain View. Only thing I would say is to not drive a large vehicle like mine. It gets tight in some spots.
The cabin was so quaint and in a beautiful setting. We built a fire and snuggled in for the winters night. The only thing that you need to know is that the cabin in a bit more remote so be prepared. It was worth it!
Overall we were very satisfied with the stay. The only issue we had was the hot tub had a leak, but as long as we kept it full it worked great. Also we would recommend updating some of the dishes and cook ware.
This place was our little slice of heaven for 4 days. It was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We will definitely be coming back here again. We came here just to get away and just be together with no plans to do anything and Trillum answered all our prayers! Thank you for peace, quit and blissful relaxation.

Great place to relax, really nice and clean cabin. Was closer to the dirt road than it looked in the listing and there was some traffic (may have been due to people heading to their cabins over the Labor Day holiday). I had to go the 30 mins back into Boone to fill the grill propane tank which was a bummer, but other than that, outstanding time

Although the cabin was cute and the sound of the creek was very soothing, we found that the cabin needed updating with much more comfortable bed and sofa. The bed was supposed to be a queen size but felt more like a double instead. And the mattress must be 20 years old!
And although the seclusion of the cabin was nice, the sharp right turn into the driveway is impossible for anything other than a small car. We had to go down the road to turn around in our truck and approach it from a different direction. And then had to back all the way out when leaving.
This was amazing. My wife and I were celebrating a big anniversary. No kids. No distractions. Just us and the reason we fell in love. As fortune would have it, heavy snows kept us mostly inside this cozy little cabin where we could relax and connect. The cabin is really perfect in every way. We look forward to coming back again and again.
Hiccups along the way, but overall loved the property.
Had a few hiccups, overall they were resolved quickly by the rental company. I believe they had some miscommunication between their operations people and maintenance, and I hope our feedback helps with future rentals. The location of the property is amazing, waking up to the creek every morning was absolutely beautiful!
The place was nice, as soon as we got there the smell was overbearing just smelled alittle musty but we left the door open for a few hours and the smell went away a bit. The hot tub must’ve had a leak issue because there was not much water for us to enjoy sitting in it. This property is so secluded from everything so if you’re into that then this is a good place. Me personally I wish we were closer than 30 minutes to things so we could’ve gone out and done more but over all not a bad experience.
Was a great get away. Nice and private. Unfortunately the drain in the tub was leaky and the placement of the tv to the couch was a little weird but other than that it was pretty great!
