Consisting of two bedrooms (one double, one with two bunk beds), large living room (with comfortable sofa bed), kitchen, entrance and bathroom. Available cellar and covered parking space!

The accommodation in excellent condition (newly refurbished) is a stone's throw from Campo Smith (ski lift departure point), the sports hall, the skating rink, the swimming pool, the party building and the public gardens (equipped with rides for children).
Very bright and well exposed with two habitable balconies. Residential area and very quiet. Excellent for family holidays, both in winter and in summer!

Kitchen also equipped with dishwasher, washer / dryer and microwave!
Living room with flat screen TV and DVD / Divx player!

The rent includes access to the house, the covered parking space and the cellar (to store ski equipment or bicycles).

Top Empfehlung für Motorradfahrer

Einfache aber ordentliche Wohnung. Kommunikation in Englisch verlief einwandfrei. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir waren mit vier Mann da. Das ist für uns die Belegungsobergrenze mit Erwachsenen. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist sehr groß, alle vier Motorräder konnten dort untergestellt werden. Auto und Hänger haben wir auf dem Friedhofsparkplatz 100m die Straße runter geparkt. Der war, bis auf uns, komplett leer. Motorradklamotten haben wir auf dem Balkon gelagert, da die Wohnung nicht gerade riesig ist. Das Bad ist recht eng, aber funktional. Die Dusche ist sehr klein, man wird aber sauber ;-) Wir waren Anfang September dort, da ist in Bardonecchia nicht viel los. Fußweg bis in die Stadmitte sind ca. 1,5km.

Appartamento ampio e ben fornito, in ottima posizione, soggiorno piacevole e proprietario sempre disponibile e gentile. Disponibile parcheggio interno. Unica nota negativa la pulizia, soprattutto della cucina e di alcune lenzuola.

Excellent, well situated for Campo Smith ski lifts

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything that you could need for a comfortable holiday and there is a secure garage for parking. The lounge doors open on to a balcony on which the sunshines during the day. We are a family of 6 and we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you Luca

Grosse Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Für 4 Erwachsene bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wer in den Ferien kein WIFI braucht, eine ruhige Lage der Nähe zum Zentrum (Restaurant/Shops) vorzieht und keine Badewanne braucht, findet hier für den Preis eine gute Wohnung.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa, con la mia famiglia, per il secondo anno, ancora meglio dell'anno scorso, grazie alle migliorie che il proprietario, aggiunge sempre di più! Lui è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza! La casa si trova in una posizione strategica, per raggiungere il paese e qualsiasi passeggiata nei dintorni, senza prendere l'auto! E' in un luogo tranquillo , silenzioso e pulito. Consiglierei la casa , in quanto non manca di niente! Che altro dire.....tutto benissimo!

Seconda esperienza, ancora meglio!

Siamo stati per la seconda volta una settimana a giugno a casa di Luca. Comodissima la posizione per chi ha bambini, sopra al parco giochi, ma a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. La casa e’ spaziosa, pulita, moderna... ancora meglio col bagno nuovo, con la doccia, piu’ spazioso. Non manca nulla, anche la biancheria e’ fornita. Ottima scelta!

Casa bella, confortevole e funzionale.

La casa è molto funzionale perché dotata dei comfort più importanti quali lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Ideale per chi ha bambini perchè si trova a pochi passi dai parchi giochi più belli e dal laghetto dove si può mangiare e prendere il sole. La pulizia della casa è ottima ed il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Sa mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti che si sentono come a casa propria. Il balcone può essere molto utilizzato d'estate perché batte il sole per poco ore la mattina presto. Il bagno è ristrutturato e molto confortevole, cosi come il resto della casa. La consiglierei assolutamente a famiglie con bambini che come me amano la funzionalità, la pulizia ed il comfort.

Super vacances dans un appartement cosy et à quelques minutes seulement des pistes de Campo Smith

Tout était parfait. D’abord le propriétaire Luca et son épouse Stefania (sans oublier Fabio) ont été plus que sympathiques et disponibles pour guider, conseiller ou même enseigner les bases de la langue Italienne... Quant à l’appartement qui est bien entretenu et dont le décor est soigné, il est idéalement situé dans le chic quartier de Melezet, à quelques minutes des pistes de la Station de Sky “Campo Smith”. Enfin le coût intéressant de la location fait de cet appartement, l’endroit idéal pour profiter, en famille ou entre amis, d’inoubliables vacances dans la chaleureuse et authentique commune de Bardonnèche

Bardonecchia ad agosto, ottima soluzione.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa, per alcune settimane, quindi cercavo una sistemazione che rispondesse ad esigenze di comodità, come a casa propria e qui ho trovato proprio quello che cercavo, spazio, tranquillità, tutto il necessario in termini di stoviglie, elettrodomestici, accessori per la pulizia, cibi di prima necessità, cambi letto e bagno. La casa dispone di un ampio garage, ma non ci sono problemi a parcheggiare fuori. Si trova in un zona soleggiata, tranquilla, in una posizione che permette di raggiungere sia il centro, sia le zone limitrofe per varie passeggiate. Il proprietario è una persona gentile, efficiente e sempre disponibile ad andare incontro alle esigenze del turista. (da alcuni particolari si nota come sia propenso a migliorare il soggiorno dei suoi ospiti aggiungendo sempre qualcosa in più, piuttosto che trascurare la casa.) Consiglio questa casa e io stessa non mancherò di riandarci qualora si presenti l'occasione. Monica

BELLISSIMA VACANZA!!!

Casa molto confortevole, funzionale e pulita. Adatta a famiglie con bambini non solo per le comodità della casa, ma anche e soprattutto per l'ubicazione, essendo situata vicino sia agli impianti di risalita che a Campo Smith, area multifunzionale di giochi per bimbi. Ormai siamo clienti abituali!!!

consigliatissimo!

Appartamento spazioso, moderno e confortevole, situato in zona tranquilla, vicino al centro, alla pineta, alle piste, al laghetto, praticamente sopra al parco giochi, perfetto per le famiglie con bambini come noi. Non manca nulla, e' dotato di tutti i comfort, addirittura la biancheria compresa! Luca il proprietario, pur non essendo sul posto, e' stato davvero disponibile e premuroso come un amico. Grazie di tutto, torneremo e consiglieremo agli amici!

Bella casa in ottima posizione

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa a Bardonecchia. E' dotata di tutti confort e si può raggiungere tutto a piedi. Luca è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Casa stupenda!!!!

Siamo appena stati due settimane a bardonecchia in questa casa scelta on line e devo dire che rispecchia perfettamente ciò che si legge e si vede sull'annuncio. Casa molto ben tenuta, funzionale sia per la vicinanza a campo Smith e laghetto che per i nuovissimi elettrodomestici di cui dispone, molto spaziosa e moderna e con uno dei due balconi molto grande sul quale ci si può godere il sole. Il proprietario è molto disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. La consiglio!!!

Vacanza bellissima!

Soggiornato dal 2/07/2016 per due settimane. Appartamento fornito di tutti i comfort. Situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma allo stesso tempo di facile e veloce accesso a tutti i servizi, tra cui in primis campo smith che permette di fare passeggiate, escursioni e anche attività per grandi e piccoli, ed il centro raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. Il proprietario Luca è disponibile e veloce per tutte le richieste. Cosa per noi molto interessante, avendo 3 bambini, la presenza di giochi di società messi a disposizione da Luca. Soggiorno consigliato.

Great situation for the slopes

Te apartment is well situated for skiing with young children as all is within a stones throw - slopes, playground. The apartment is well laid out with all the main things supplied in kitchen and bathroom.

Assolutamente perfetto!

Io, mia moglie e nostro figlio di 4 mesi abbiamo passato l'intera estate (da giugno a settembre) nella casa di Luca. La scelta è stata assolutamente perfetta. La casa è molto curata, con 8 posti letto comodi (2 camera da letto matrimoniale, 2 divano letto in soggiorno, 4 in camera con i letti a castello). E' stata appena ristrutturata e arredata a nuovo, fornita di tutto ciò che serve (tutto tutto!) anche per soggiorni lunghi come il nostro ed è in una posizione assolutamente perfetta e tranquilla per le nostre esigenze: vicinissima a campo smith, al laghetto, al parco giochi. La lavatrice (con asciugatrice!) e la lavastoviglie sono nuove. Luca è stato da subito molto veloce a rispondere e sempre super gentile e disponibile. Se dovessimo tornare a Bardonecchia non avremmo alcun dubbio su dove andare. Consigliatissima!
