Hello! I cannot see your reservation detail, but regarding the position of the apartment, it depends on the kind of apartment you have booked. All studios are on the ground floor; regarding the one-bedroom apartments, we have one on the ground floor and the rest on the 1st-2nd-3rd floor. The choice depends on availability at the moment of the reservation and the number of people sleeping. Some one-bedroom apartments sleep 4, others sleep 5. Regarding the cleaning service as well as the complimentary equipment in the bathroom, we provide initial and final cleaning and some toilet items as a start. We rent apartments, therefore there is no room service as in hotels, it's a different kind of service. I hope you had a nice stay anyway ! Best regards

Hello, thanks a lot for the high score assigned. Being noisy and on the main road can be considered as the assets and liabilities of a downtown resort! Regarding heating being off in summer, generally we keep it off unless it turns cold (ex. during a rainy week). Bardonecchia is 1300m on the sea level, assuring fresh nights but still not as cold as higher resorts. Bardonecchia is the perfect place also for the old and the young, who might suffer rom a higher altitude. We hope to have you back in winter, to enjoy a skiing weekend!

Hello, thank you for your review. Actually, the extra amout is for sheets and towels, which you can bring or rent at an extra cost of € 9/person (set of sheets+towels). On the contrary, the price includes the use of the kitchen, the final cleaning, all consumptions, private parking space and wi-fi. We hope to have you back later in the winter season! Best regards
