"AVOID AT ALL COSTS.This is the first negative review I have ever left for anything in my life. Host is completely non responsive when you have any issues, I reached out initially as we had no WIFI, the host didnt resolve it.Coffee table had a leg missing. Dining breakfast bar was falling off the wall. "We had a lovely time staying at Hekuran's property. We were staying whilst attending a work conference and the space was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, accessible, and well stocked, with parking easily accessible. Hekuran had even left us a small welcome gift which was perfect for our first night on arrival. The property is near to local shops and is well connected into the city. Would stay here again :)"

White Hart Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Perfect spot for a Hotel. Our room overlooked the Cathedral and the local businesses and tourist attractions were literally on the doorstep. Friendly staff and lovely facilities. Will definitely stay here again."

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort

"Our quadruple room was very clean and comfortable. It overlooked the golf course which was fun. The pool was great - our kids loved it. You were provided free pool towels every time you swam plus the changing rooms were brilliant - swimming costume dryers, lovely shower gel etc. The surrounding woods were brilliant for walks - our doggies loved it. The all you can eat style buffet breakfast was lovely - the kids especially loved the pancakes which you just had to ask for along side other cooked items like porridge and omelets. Check in was a little awkward as they wanted to charge £25 per dog per night (£100) which we weren't informed about via Hotels.com - the staff member insisted this was on the hotel website but I explained that we didn't book via the website. So in the end we had to keep the dogs in the open back of the pick up which wasn't ideal. Some younger members of wait staff were a little moody and unfriendly but in the whole it was fine."

"Convenient place to stay if travelling in the area, you WILL need a car. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel does have a tiny bar in reception but nothing else. There is a restaurant (burgers, ribs etc) across the car park and also a petrol station with small convenience store. It is on a very busy main road, so traffic noise is an issue."

"The spa facilities were closed, we were in in February and it was closed then too. The room was good and enjoyed the air conditioning in the room. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The room was clean and the service staff made our bed up, they changed the cups in the room but not the glasses which was a pity. Overall it was a good place to stay."
