The main room boasts a brand new double bed while the twin room has small single beds and the living area has a pull-out double sofa bed. With a fully equipped kitchen, you'll have all the necessities for your stay, including a standard-sized upright built-in fridge freezer. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and basin with a heated towel rail to keep you cozy. Plus, the radiators and gas fire in the living room will ensure that you stay warm on extra chilly nights. You'll love the spacious living room, perfect for board games and creating memories on rainy indoor days. The smart TV is equipped with access to all your favourite apps, such as Netflix - just be sure to bring your log-in details. Step outside and enjoy the sun-trapped patio area with outdoor seating, ideal for sipping on your morning cuppa. Guests are welcome to enjoy the well-maintained grassy areas and communal picnic spot, surrounded by the sweet chirping of birds in the trees. The on-site laundrette is coin-operated and easy to access. For your convenience, the bus stop is located at the front of the property near the main road. Please refrain from using the sales office as a means of communication unless you are interested in purchasing a static home. Nicola won't be present for check-in, but rest assured, she'll be reachable for any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. We have many brochures available for you to collect at our sales office or from the welcome pack file.
