"Absolutely gob-smacked when we arrived at the Barnstaple Hotel, it was fantastic and totally unexpected. Staff were lovely, ambience great and it was just so welcoming. It was a fairly last minute booking, a one night stay and I hadn't really taken much notice of reviews etc. Great regret that I hadn't packed my swim-wear as the pools looked so enticing. Yess very good …..but!
"Strange checkin process, reception is at the Hub not in the Hotel, I may have missed communication on this but a lot of walking about just to check in Car chargers need bettering, current type have no instructions and no staff (5 of them) knew how they worked or more importantly released the cable!"
