"The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. They sent someone and he said it was fixed but there was no change. The bed did not have any blankets. We asked for one and it was never provided. My wife went to talk to the front desk person who was extremely rude and belligerent. She told my wife that she was not her servant and there was no one else to give us a blanket! Finally we were able to get a couple of sheets to cover ourselves while sleeping. The water pressure in the bathroom was varying a lot and one time one of the sink faucets stopped working! All and all, a very unpleasant experience!"

"The location excellent for travelers, it is quiet, no airplanes noises. The breakfast was good, they only need a variety of teas and fresh orange juice."

"Property could use updates. Smells moldy. Booked a stay Friday- Monday AM, house keeping only came once to empty trash. Had to request fresh towels, toilet tissue, bedding. Paid for parking, had to validate ticket for every exit. Upon checking I requested to speak with management to express my concerns, waited about 20-30 minutes. They stood in corner talking and looking at me, then proceeded to walk right by me. Nice young lady at the front desk witnessed this- took my complaint. Do not recommend. "

"If you want a off the wall grungy authentic puerto rican experience, have zero expectations here and you will enjoy yourself. Very laid back experience. "

"Stayed one night due to flight cancellation upon arrival no one was at desk to check in. While waiting other guests came to desk to tell us their rooms hadn’t been cleaned for three days, cable and internet were down, no towels, and no top sheet on beds. Mind you this is my check in experience. My husband went searching for desk person bartender told him she would eventually comeback. The desk person was only staff member there and was doing everything. Place was so dark we could see room numbers and another guest helped us find room. Place looks really nice but very understaffed and I was there just to sleep. After check out I received credit card alert that they charged me 26.00 US dollars for something and all I did was sleep there and left at 5:45am to return to airport. God only knows what that’s about. I’m disputing it with credit card company. Other guests in morning said guest in adjoining rooms partied all night and the got no sleep. Price seemed high for the realities of the hotel. I only stayed there because it’s close to airport. "
