"Lovely spacious property in a beautiful location with easy access to Bath and other local sights by road or rail. The cottage is a short walk to the train station with hourly trains to bath during off peak times. Not having to drive into Bath was a real bonus. The cottage was very clean, well equipped and a really lovely place to relax. Having two en suite bathrooms was a real bonus. The local shop and tea room is only a short walk, maybe 15 mins, though it is hilly so plan to use a car if this could be an issue. There is also no accessible access to the return side of the station platform but GWR are worth a call if step free access is needed. I would highly recommend The Rafters and would definitely stay there again."

"A very clean and comfortable apartment that had everything I needed for a week's stay and was exactly as portrayed in the photos. The central location, just a few minutes from the station, was an added advantage. If travelling by train, look out for the 'secret garden' that volunteers are currently working on at the station."
