"Great location - walking distance to town centre for shops and restaurants and cafes - short drive to beach. Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly. Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants. Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems. All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again."

We had to use public transport for this trip and it was so easy with the train station a short bus ride away, and bus stop outside the door. Love Barton, so relaxing and perfect for the dogs. Everyone is welcoming and dog friendly.Hope to be back soon."

"We had such a lovely few days at the lodge. It is in such a peaceful, tranquil spot in the Shorefield holiday park and we had friends staying in a cabin nearby so was perfect for us. Our kids enjoyed meeting their friends and exploring the nearby woods and rope swings and we did some lovely woodland walks to the beach and the fish and chip shop. Wouldn’t hesitate to book the cabin again or recommend to others. The host Kate was super responsive and helpful - thanks so much!"

"This was an excellent find. It seemed much cheaper than booking the equivalent property through the holiday park itself. The caravan had a lovely outdoor seating area, it was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you would need from oven, full sized fridge and decent freezer, air fryer, microwave, cafetières. We also had full free use of the facilities, including an indoor and outdoor pool and evening entertainment. I would highly recommend this property and hope to book again next year! Thank you so much!"

"The caravan was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The shower leaked a bit and was difficult to control the temperature but no biggy really. We paid extra for passes to the site facilities. We used the clubhouse for food and drinks, pool etc. well worth the little extra. Alison was a great host with quick and easy communication. Would recommend "
