"I booked this hotel for a trip to Scotland with my adult children without knowing much about the area. Were we ever amazed to arrive and have Edinburgh castle across the way with a view of the castle from our window. Walkable to tons of shops and restaurants. Absolutely wonderful helpful staff. So friendly. Highly recommend this hotel! "

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, I had a room with a window view of the castle, and was able to enjoy lunch on the roof terrace while I was there.
