"The first thing that made this trip seamless was having Adoni as my Expedia Concierge. He made everything seamless from confirming my transport to/from the airport, dinner reservations at all of the restaurants, and switching my room for a pool view. His overall customer service and responsiveness was excellent. Royalton Bavaro is a beautiful resort with beautiful/comfortable and spacious rooms. The beach had the softest white sand with an electric turquoise blue ocean. Simply gorgeous. There were a variety of pools for all ages and interest, from party vibes, relaxing/lounging, kiddie pool and an extensive lazy river from end to end with its own swim up bar. That's where the real party was. The nightly shows were very good and the lobby area was packed but plenty of seating areas for all. The food and restaurant service was ok but the real stars for service were the bartenders and pool area guys. They were very attentive and always warm/welcoming to me. Lastly, they ended each night with a DJ event with Dominican music and a mix of other genres. They even played a Soca selection just for me! Overall, this vacation was exactly what I needed. "
